UMS has over 70 years of hands on debt collection experience. We are dedicated to be a full service commercial debt collection solution by increasing the percentage of bad debt recovery for our clients in a professional manner, and preserving our client's image and our reputation in our Industry.

We have No Upfront charges and NO CONTRACT for our collection services. We only receive a fee when we are able to collect money on the accounts you place for collection. If we do not collect, we will not charge a fee for our services.

UMS has a network of Attorneys throughout the United States we use through American Lawyers Quarterly. This enables us to select a debt collection attorney in the same area as the debtor. You will always have the final say on whether suit is filed.
